Terms of Service

By submitting an engineering request or activating a service tier, you agree to our standard service agreements. All structural builds and ongoing deployments are strictly governed by the payment and legal provisions detailed below.
Payment & Billing Policies
- ▪ Project Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any design or engineering sprint ($750 for The Blueprint or $1,500 for The Forge).
- ▪ Infrastructure Fees: The $100/mo infrastructure fee explicitly covers modern hosting architecture, automated security patching, SSL management, and proactive uptime monitoring. It does not encompass structural updates or new feature development.
- ▪ Maintenance Labor: Post-launch requests for ongoing content modifications, UI tweaks, or technical logic enhancements are billed separately at our specialized engineering rate of $150/hr.
- ▪ Recurring Billing: Infrastructure subscriptions launch on a recurring monthly schedule the month immediately following your base template completion, processed securely through Stripe.
- ▪ Late Payments: We respect operational flux and provide a standard one-month grace window for late invoices. If payments remain outstanding past 30 days, downstream infrastructure environments will be suspended.
Service Scope Limits
The "Forge" Template Scope: Under the standard Forge pricing architecture, the limit of 5 core layout templates defines unique, functional view engines. Additional distinct layouts or advanced database integrations outside of the initial design discovery phase will be cleanly isolated, documented, and quoted as distinct feature expansions.
Client Verification & Right of Refusal
IronLight Foundry provides high-security web infrastructure. To maintain our compliance standards, we reserve the right to verify business credentials and operational records for prospective and active accounts. We maintain full discretion to refuse service, suspend environments, or terminate agreements if an account poses a network security risk, violates legal standards, or is incompatible with our operational framework.
Legal Framework & Provisions
Domain & Registry Ownership
Clients retain total corporate responsibility for maintaining registration and renewal of their top-level domains. IronLight Foundry assumes no liability for domain drop, expiration, or DNS propagation errors originating at your outside registrar.
Data Security & Backups
While we deploy automated structural architecture backups and firewalls, IronLight Foundry is not legally liable for data corruption or loss stemming from unprecedented global hardware drops, upstream third-party platform downtime, or cyber security breaches outside our control.
Intellectual Property Rights
Once all baseline engineering and launch invoices are settled in full, the Client gains unhindered operational rights to all structural front-end components and assets delivered. IronLight Foundry exclusively retains copyright to its underlying shared configuration frameworks, global tooling scripts, and boilerplate core libraries.
